HEBCO is partnered with three F2AST prime contract holders: SRC, a small business, and two large businesses, MacB and Boeing. The F2AST Program is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle managed by the Enterprise Acquisition Division (WR-ALC/PKE) of the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC) at Robins Air Force Base, GA. F2AST was created to provide sustainment support of Air Force-operated weapons systems, support systems, subsystems, components and related services. This program includes requirements previously acquired under the Flexible Acquisition and Sustainment Tool Program (FAST) and Integrated Weapon System Support Program (IWSSP). While specifically established by the U.S. Air Force (USAF), the F2AST contract vehicle may be used for requirements generated by all other Department of Defense agencies (e.g., Army, Navy, and Marines) and other federal agencies (e.g., NASA) through a sponsoring USAF Center.
